Our Training strategies are in the following sequence
Content Development
First is the development of the content of the training including the knowledge and skill to be attained and the various learning tools to be used.
Monitoring & Evaluation
At this point, we will implore our Expertise in Evaluating the participants and training results using various tools such as SWOT,PEESTLE analysis and also the use of Pre and Post Evaluation form, feedback, one on one interviews and questionnaires, etc
Post Training Support
At the end of thetraining execise, we will be able to provide 12-month online access for each course to help the trainee's practice outside the classroom using our LMS as well as virtual monthly group Coaching & Mentoring sessions with participants. learning groups
Training/Content Delivery
This is the delivery stage of the training project using the different delivery tools and methods such as theory, discussion and reflection to meet the learning objective of the project within the set time frame. we shall also be engaging participants with practical applications such as group exercises, role play, quiz, High tech, midium tech, low tech, etc
Assesment & Feedback Report
At the end of the training exercise a comprehensive report de tailing the whole tasks carried out under this contract will be provided. The report shall capture the feedback ofthe pre-and post-evaluations taken at the beginning and end of the training respectively. It will also include recommendations, and the overall project outcome.
